yes when your in crop mode where you can adjust res should be a box you can adjust to fill black boxes. just pull and drag to the point you want. now back to my evil 9-5 job sigh.

@@truffleshuffle009 for some reason yt adds few sec to uploads. So with that edit in yt or other to make it a short again. If its over 1min it won't be a short.

I know all about the sizing, my biggest issue is I will create a perfect loop in Vegas then once I render and upload the short loop will be off...render also seems to be off...its like it loads up a black frame at the beg of loop that throws it all off, any ideas?

@Boomboxhawkin I guess maybe # shorts used to work. On the Vegas software it's exactly the way it's supposed to be. Even the video itself was shot from a cell phone up and down so it should be correct to begin with. Interestingly if I copy it over to my phone and upload it from my phone it goes to shorts perfectly fine. I did reduce it from 59.45 seconds down to about 57 just in case because I noticed the first time I tried it put it at 1 minute so it must round up. But still doesn't work. I think I'm going to do a test video up and down then go Vegas pro 22 render as 1080x1920 high and see if that will do it maybe there's just something quirky going on with my video. But if that doesn't work apparently the only solution will be to copy the file over to my phone and upload it from the phone. I actually think they don't want people to produce the videos on their computer and do all that stuff I feel like they just want to have a bunch of quick short videos people shot with their cell phone to screw around not anything decent production wise. I guess that's kind of like tick tock I'm not a TikTok person. Every time I go on tick tock it says there's something about what I searched for and I click on it and then it's just garbage is just to get me to go on to the website. Not a big fan of the Chinese government getting the spy on everybody. KZbin can be a real pain in the you know what sometimes. When I try to produce music now of course you can't look it up like you used to be able to do to see how a copyright might be affected cuz you know you might want to use a song from the eagles that might be banned in Russia but work everywhere else. But now you just have to produce your video and then see what happens. Stupid. I tried to Google copyright stuff and it's all confusing and tries to sell you stuff. Think they would leave the features but just like everything else with the computer they actually make it more difficult. Like it's cute to get rid of the slider bar at the side of windows any window really now cuz it looks all sleek but then half the time you can't get it to pop up you got to try to find it like why why eliminated it's something you always use. Just like cell phones I used to be able to push the flash button three times and it would toggle between everything but now I have to push it once and then decide which of the three I want I could tap it three times a lot faster or once if I wanted to get the flash twice for Auto you know that kind of thing. So it's just an annoying computer thing basically tech people just making it worse not better.

Theres no default short setting . U got to play with resolution setting. Look for the cog click it and you will have video settings. Tweak to what you need. When in vegas
