I have had bad experiences whereby a dentist could not numb me and drilled into my nerves even with the max number of Injections. I haven't been back in years and I'm in pain now amd my anxiety is through the roof😢. I hope my dentist (when I pluck up the courage to see one) is as nice as you!

Hello I got my bottom molar extracted yesterday and now I been rising with salt water and I have this white stuff around the whole also gave white flat bump on the closed part of the extraction.. wat should I do

It just sounds like there's debris in the socket. If you are concerned, please contact your dentist so they can see you in-person.
