Always set auto pickup for lvl 2 backpack which can be found very easily. Not like OP mentioned, Lvl 3 backpack is not easy to obtain even though you can buy it from the shop. Jetpack and AED can be found easily from the event, but if you don't have a lvl3 backpack, it's going to be frustrating to clear the backpack to fit in the jetpack and the AED.
