Nice video. We can apply the GPO on specific OU workstation groups or it applicable on entire domain network..

Yes. For chome there is a setting called "Configure the home page URL (Home page folder)" which you can use to set a default homepage. For other browsers, you can also do this but the setting might be called something else. Thanks for watching!
