I totally agree! This video is applicable to pretty much everyone, and should be shown instead of commercials to help us all live live stress-free. I used to think that it was natural to experience stress often...it's empowering to know that I'm the one who's actually in control of what I experience. Thanks Sadhguru!

What a great way to look at stress. I like to think of stress as a natural response to growth. If we are stressed, our bodies and minds are undergoing changes. All wehave to do is associate stress with positive change and it becomes something you no longer have to "manage."

We all look for answers anywhere we can find it in hope for a full understanding that will help us, but sometimes the search leads us into a state of to much activity in the mind. Try to find your answers without too much effort or stress getting involved. I respect how well he maintains his insign and knowledge without losing his cool. The secret i'm guessing is to stay cool/calm in mind and understand the little bits of the world and not the whole thing, as its to much to take on by yourself.

I would ask how do you avoid stress with big problems? For example:bad knees? I have done everything I can conceivably think of to help the situation. Still yet, though I know it profits me nothing; I have days where I worry and stress about my future. I can`t 100% avoid this, only minimise these thoughts. It adds a great deal of stress to my life.

If people relax more often, then it is better for the system, i.e. can reduce stress, but with busy lives of today, how someone may take a break etc? Sometimes taking a break may make things worse, because then some problems may amount and then person may start stressing over what is not being done for example, i.e. if a person works then it may be stressful at the office. if they stop work, then it may be stressful just to stay at home and not do anything. not to mention as they may say, 'idle mind, the devil' s playground'... thus they may decide to go back to work and thus there may be stress again. then how, or what can stress management be? perhaps though people if they only look at life as it is then they mayget stressful, but also if they see the end of life, i.e. death and beyond again they may become stressful, i.e. in the end what life may be? just perhaps one stressful thing after another? and why did life become this way, or why would it be necessary that life be in such way? because perhaps in the older times, people just lived off the environment, but now they started do other things, like science, etc, economy, etc, money, and logistics, accounting, etc, etc, even the governing has become chaotic perhaps as people may not know how to run a country any more, or how to control the economy. there are recessions coming one after another. but as to what all these things and why perhaps not people try go back to a peaceful setting again? well, if they only care of mundane things in life, that are, or can be stressful, etc, etc, then what is the purpose of life? perhaps the purpose is not easy to find. or who knows what life may be, or who knows thyself, etc? I think it was Socrates the ancient Greek philosopher who said, what can be most wrong is for people to have an idea of what life may be. in other words, how can life be defined, if there is no definition about life, or if we dont know what life may be, or existence for example? thus, perhaps people just relax. if life is perceived as mundane, then people perhaps prepare for an existence beyond life, i.e. beyond death. thus perhaps some religious views may help sometimes to give some meaning to what is living, what is life, etc. if human beings are transient, then why fuss about it? perhaps people just also try to develop some spirituality, this way they may also reach some philosophical viewpoint, i.e. looking life from a philosophical approach may ease someone' s search for identity, etc? I think it was Socrates, who again said, why not examine life, why not just view it from an outside perspective rather than be part of it all the time, i.e. just to try and be separate, or pretend perhaps that someone not affected by life, not affected by hardships, or by grief, sorrows, etc, then perhaps they may be happier, i.e. develop a steady composition. and in this sense, also, in the same way as they view life, perhaps also they think about death too, or the afterlife, i.e. well, again in philosophical perspective and not in literal, i.e. how life may unfold but that also death may be part of life, i.e. in various philosophies, for example, the Hindu reincarnation, or the Christian heaven, or hell concept, etc. Just thinking in a more detached way, then perhaps person pay less attention to what may happen every day, i.e. the money problems, family problems, or even at the country level, i.e. enemies, or politics, or economy, etc. then they see to the afterlife too, what may lie ahead. perhaps this way each person in their own way be closer to a God perhaps, i.e. their own perception of God, or what they may think most represents them and their outlook to the whole creation and not just the impermanent perhaps life. thus, this way perhaps they see themselves but also others in a philosophical perspective and just not fuss so much about the various situations in life. then perhaps the can just sit and look around, i.e. this train called life, perhaps it can have a stop once in a while and people can just get out for a few minutes, order a drink and then get back on this train perhaps which may be called life. perhaps this way is relaxation. perhaps someone else to trust God, another person to trust himself, or yet someone else, to trust noone, or proclaim that they know nothing. Again, as Socrates did i.e. he proclaimed he knew nothing, i.e. perhaps nothing could describe the series of events that may be happening in people' s lives in a successful way. thus why not then just admit ignorance and leave all either to fate, destiny,or God. and then perhaps someone just look beyond the passage of years on this earth and expect some salvation in the end, or hope, or some little prayer from time to time. this way perhaps, they reach a small aggreement with themselves, that life is not to be defined, or controlled, or manipulated, etc, but to let go, which is an Eastern philosophy as well, i.e Buddhist view, etc. Why someone strain too much, cause stress, when the result may not be able to changed, or steered? Then what someone can do? perhaps nothing, just to follow life in how it unfolds and hope for the best. and if there may be divine providence, then perhaps someone also may find it in their heart to follow the steps towards divine providence. if they do not wish to do so, again then should be fine, just to search their own inner self for clues to the universe and the infinite.
