Inaccessible = away from phone first 😀 I found that having consciousness of self equals having a goal of tasks everyday equals being conscious of time.. and mobile is the worst friend when it comes to focusing on goals/time.. my solution is to wear a smartwatch so that I can get important communications but I can't browse social media content.
