Thanks a lot for this video. I have given a second chance to the new Outlook. I will implement your tip regarding drag and drop the task in the calendar to block time to do it

I used these tools successfully at my organisation and trained others as part of my role. Everyone loves the idea but getting cultural change was not so successful as people fall back on their old patterns. Retired no so have left it behind. Stil use the tools though!
