I used these tools successfully at my organisation and trained others as part of my role. Everyone loves the idea but getting cultural change was not so successful as people fall back on their old patterns. Retired no so have left it behind. Stil use the tools though!

So making task lists takes so much time that you eventually spend more time making lists than doing tasks? So it defeats the purpose of the list doesnt it? At least it looks nice.

Hi, do you also adopt categories/labels in Outlook and To Do? I've got a zero inbox, w4 and to do categories (plus a couple of other essential ones) and then save as a task (all automated with quick steps) but still feel I'm 'double dipping' because if you mark as done in Tasks, it isn't linked to Outlook and vice versa, unless I'm missing something. I've just recently been diagnosed with ADHD and really trying to get a system established! :) Many thanks.

I like the consolidated direction MS is headed in. But, I've not been able to switch from Notion to MS, yet, because I cannot see a consolidated view of all tasks assigned to others on my team across all Teams & Plans that I own. If I have a chance for a 1-on-1 meeting with a team member who works in several of my 20+ Plans, for example, I have to remember every plan he/she might be involved in and click through each Plan to review their progress. Can you think of any workaround to give me such a view, perhaps filterable by Assignee?

Hi! Question: I can edit the column fields right off the bat when creating the board view. However, it doesn't let me edit it directly once I update the format of the card. It opens the form which I don't want since there's a lot of values. How do I still allow edit?
