Keep a dream journal and see what your subconscious is speaking. Pay attention to automatic thoughts and write them down. Identify and challenge limiting beliefs (or your beliefs in general). Try to bring out the things that you may not want to admit as your ego will try and shove those things down. Talk to a therapist. Journal. Pray to Gods to know yourself better. Meditate and journal.

I used to have PTSD. really really BAD PTSD. I’m talking screaming and crying in the car, hiding in the closet, getting triggered and having to lay down for hours a day, every day, staring at the ceiling. I was told by mental health professionals that the best I could do was manage my triggers, but that I would never be free from PTSD. That was August 2019. Something shifted in and I became determined and I remembered declaring to myself: I will be free from PTSD by the end of November 2019. By the middle of 2019, I had stopped being triggered at all, and I only got triggered one other time in January 20 20. I had no idea how I was ever going to rewire my brain, but I did everything in my power that I knew and I had complete and total Faith. Whenever I doubt myself, or I doubt my world, or I doubt whether or not, I can do something I can actually remember being so mentally ill that I couldn’t leave bed for hours every single day, and now I can actually do things. Miracles are real and everyone can change.

I came across this video and I’m trying to start my own business and leave my job. I’ve been suffering at this job for over 6 months now and I’ve been telling myself to leave for months. I’m afraid because of the current job market and the economy but I think I need to take a leap of faith and quit. But I’m still afraid of what could happen if I don’t get another job or a client soon. But I guess all of this is a result of my limited subconscious thoughts. Sending everyone out there going through the same thing hope and good vibes! UPDATE: I quit my job on Monday and signed 2 new clients by Friday. God, this video changed my life. Literally I didn't think while clicking on this video. This resonated with me so deeply. I’ve been noticing a lot of what you talked about but haven’t felt comfortable talking with anybody about it in depth. Parts of what you said here made me realize that there is a message that has been going over my head. I have chronic sleep paralysis and came across information about it that taught me how to take my consciousness out of my body in that state. If I calm down and let go of fear, everything changes and then I can roll out of my body. There seem to be at least two but the reality this takes place in looks very similar but has different rules. It’s hard to control my movements and my vision is poor, like I’m seeing through closed eyes. I’ve gotten stuck in terrifying time loops, during one, due to my medical conditions and the things I was experiencing, I was afraid that I was dying, but after hours I made the choice to make it stop by learning how to control my movements and leaving my room through my window like I usually do. In my waking life I am severely chronically ill, stuck in my bed and frequently having to fear for my life. This was the first time that when I left out my window it wasn’t just an empty version of the world outside of my house. I meet these beings that I can tell take a different form than what they truly look like underneath. I can talk to them but they don’t like questions about them, and I cannot let myself feel fear towards them otherwise they attack me and I am transported back to my room. I am able to shape/manifest the realities outside of it with my own intention. I’ve had experiences where I tried to explore beyond the area outside that can be seen from my window, only for the path to be blocked by them taking the form of spiders whose webs obscured the way. That time I tried to fight it but fear won. There is much more detail in this than I have explained and I have had other experiences that in this context I can find messages in. I am someone with severe anxiety in my day to day life, especially with human interaction. I have ADHD and severe trauma as well as being severely physically ill. Every day is like being stuck in those horrible loops, stuck in my room, where I fear for my life and I know there are things that I could do to improve my experience but I haven’t been able to focus my attention on the correct things and learn the control to break away from them. Extreme anxiety and fear holds me back and lands me back here. In the past I used to practice intention and manifestation and when I do it works, and I start to experience extremely improbable miracles and “coincidences”. When I’m on the right path they happen to an extent that even the people around me notice, and it has been making me question the fabric of reality quite a bit. It doesn’t seem “real” in the way that most people think of it to me. I don’t usually tell people because I don’t want them to think I’m losing it lol. Multiple people have told me their lives changed once they met me, like they shifted into a different dimension, like I triggered a spiritual awakening or something and I have an important role to play as a catalyst for others. I am at a very dark point in my life right now and the people in my life started to experience terrible hardships following the medical crisis that sparked a steep downward spiral in my life. Something in my life and the lives of many people around us changed when my friend died, I’ve never been the same. I found out before she died she was talking about things related to this. I won’t go into detail about that. I had just left an abusive relationship that broke me away from the sense of connection and spiritual practices that enriched my life and I believe her death and the effect it had on me was the start of a long and painful road full of and surrounded by a level of suffering that few experience, but has taught me things and changed me so much. I am currently close to rock bottom but this has helped to inspire me to change that instead of feeling helpless as my life falls apart. I just gave myself a tarot reading for the first time in so long, my past was five of pentacles, my present was the sun, and my future was the lovers. My life still currently fits my past but I chose to be hopeful that the sun becomes my present. This motivated me to make that my focus. Thank you.

I invite you to exercise and push yourself for your own self growth,(to anyone reading this and is able to scale rocky slippery trails, that is!). Im taking a 2 minute break as I’m in the most difficult part of my hike where the climb gets steep and I have to take a break every 50 feet. Listen to your body!! Every body is different and every approach to things are different. I climb very fast and swiftly, but I have to take breaks to lower my heart rate and not get heat exhaustion as I’m prone to. I saw an older woman with long sleeves and pants who climbed slower but was ahead of me. I recommend hiking to help your self grow. It’s also meditation :) ☮️⚛️

I like your high spiritual aptitude, Joey. The polarity collapses because it's a paradox like: a sunny night, a happy sadness, a dry glass of water, some hot snow, etc. This reality may actually be a singularity, that's a polarity(get it...). That would explain why death/decay exists, since a paradox that resolves itself can no longer exist. So, this reality is more temporal and illusory, than a dream like state. The problem is that this state of existence is real enough. When good feeds a homeless dude, then evil sets a nice persons house on fire. There is like a a teeter totter effect, a tug of war so to speak. What you explained would work though, but you left out the part about blow-back out of the equation. No matter how positive you are, if you are truly good then you most likely will be attacked. It's okay though: The savior said:“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Overcome!!!! The world!!!! :))))!

Lol 😂 click like if you want dearly to love these videos & you appreciate Joey but because they’re presented in the negative connotation you can’t listen to it ❤ lol. I love what his underlying message is but every video is him telling me what NOT to do. I can’t walk or clean and listen to these and feel empowered. I finally woke up and tuned in when I just heard him saying “I’m powerless, I’m powerless…” over and over. Instead of positive connotation-focusing his words on telling me what I CAN do. Why would I listen to this? Hope it does help someone though. I only want to fill my ears with messages of correctness and positive framed reminders of what DOES work. ❤

Thank you for that wonderful talk. I always felt bad about wanting "something for nothing" - like I had to earn love, good people in my life, money... Anything. It was something I learned as a child. Greed in my mind is taking more than what you deserve or more than your share but that really is lack because it is saying there's a limited supply. The creation is ever expanding. There's no such as limited grass that can grow - it just grows an it will grow as high and spread anywhere it wants. It takes what it needs to expand. Trees also aren't shy when they produce fruit... They will produce as many as the can and even when the fruits fall to the ground, they're not wasted. Each fruit has seeds so more of that tree can grow. And I just realized I haven't wasted time or opportunities. I've been beating myself up as if there was only a limited number of choices for me and I made them all so now I must suffer my fate. That's stupid.
