Looks more like a rotary manipulation vs lateral flexion.

Hello Doc, I don't like the word treatment nore manipulation with chiropractic moves. Anyway, I think you could have used a better line of drive, with the doctor being more on the patient's lateral side instead of being right behind. I guess it was for video purpose...
