My Navara locked itself while running, I'd nipped indoors for my phone and couldn't get in! All doors locked! Panic set in as it needed fuel desperately. Thanks for the help...I didn't know there was a keyhole there.

So I locked the car from inside using the lock door button and closed the door as my fob doesnt work even with a changed battery. Im trying to unlock it via this method with the key but no luck, I can hear it unlock but the deadlocks are still on. Any advice? Thanks

I was locked out repeatedly for a period for one week with a dodgy key fob. i had the same problem, couldn’t even turn it with the key. one night when roadside couldn’t help i got frustrated and i just fiddled and turned it so hard.. it did something and bam, the key unlocks the door now. it doesn’t operate the central locking though. probably don’t do that, but thought i’d share 👍
