Hi, I did exactly what you did in the video, but there was no option for me to mark as sold. In this case since I used a depop shipping label, do I reach out to the buyer and let them know that I shipped out the package?

Howdy, maybe you know the answer to this question: if I manually mark an item as sold on depop, will it factor into my shop stats? If, for instance, I sell the item in a new bundle post, I don't want to inflate my stats by marking the original listing as sold also, but I don't want to delete the original post either because I'd like folks to be able to see my sold items as well.

Good question, I'm not 100% sure on this but my gut says that manually marking an item as sold would not affect your stats, from what I see online that seems to be the consensus as well

Hey I am lost with the idea of quantity on depop so I have 50 of the same t shirt when I list and say 50 quantity will I have to ship all 50 t shirts at one time with the price of $9.99 or will it say sold after people buy it 50 individual times with the price of 9.99 I just don’t want to put quantity 50 and lose a lot of money because I have to ship all of them out and I also don’t wanna repost it 50 times thank you

The buyer should be able to pick how many they want to buy out of your quantity and the price will scale with how many they pick!

@@ighostkid7325 I never got paid and should have been paid instantly at the time because that’s how payment worked for Depop 2 years ago. I cancelled my shipment and got my items back

No, you won’t be charged the 10% (or any fees) for marking an item as sold! It only changes the status of the listing

How do you mark that an item has shipped? The app is asking me to ship and I already did. How do I tell Depop an item has shipped? I've messaged the buyer saying "your item has shipped," but...there SHOULD be an option to mark as shipped.

In the sold screen of the item you should be able to mark as shipped and add tracking info if needed :)

Hey I got a question, so once you mark sold on that item, isn’t it supposed to show on your receipt under items that you sold so you can provide the tracking number? I did that and it’s not appearing under my sold items so I’m confused

I beleive you only get receiepts when they actually purchase the item from the listing, instead of manually being marked sold
