I am a salon owner of Fantastic Sams. Not only 1 store but three. In all different locations. Was thinking I am a stylist why not own one. Hmmm Now I wished someone would of kicked my butt and told me NNNOOOO. We are a franchise. We cut, color, perm just like other salons. We have wonderful stylist. Or we don't keep them. Cant afford to have bad mouthing of bad stylist. But you say what do we do as different? We are a franchise, We are taught pretty much to say what they want us to and do as we are taught. But it really when you get down to it, does not make the salon. Since I have bought them, I was really sick will be 2 years this coming June. Never bounced back right. I am a great stylist!! But as a owner I see me failing. I don''t know what to do, to make us different or stand out. And other problems as well that wont go into here about. But would love to here more about your thoughts and figure out how I can grow three salons. And still be a happy stylist too. I love doing hair!!! That is my first love. But it is either sale 3 salons or make them better and still sale them lol. For I still want to be a stylist. But until that day happens I want to do everything I can for these salons and the staff! Hello i from iran and open salon in Middle East know after COVID most of people lost there job and too much salon near my salon make very less price for them service and have customers but for my salon i have very less Coustomers I really sad and I don’t know what to do! Im nailartist and have massage staff ,all services i do in my salon but always Coustomer ask to make less price! Really i nead helps. Even when i tell my Coustomer about the our quality of products & service they don’t care ! Just want less price lol , please help me

hi i also have a beauty salon it's only about the skin treatments and they are organic and the products are made in seoul(i'm the only salon that has these products in the region) ,i wanted to give a diffrent vibe more like a corner to go and get relaxed and make you're skin to look at the best but i'm new in the city how can i get my salon nown?i tried facebook and fliers but didn't help me much....
