How to Mask a room before Spray Painting with Craig Phillips

Craig Phillips explains the right way to mask a room before spray painting with this step by step how to guide. He shows how to mask up the skirting boards, radiators, windows, lights, switches, sockets and skirting boards. Before masking he recommends you first remove all the furniture from the room if possible if not simply move it to the centre and cover it with dust sheets. Masking can be done really quickly and easily by using the Wagner masking kit.

We have gone head to head racing many trades at live trade shows and I always win! I'm a bricklayer by trade, I used to hate painting with rollers etc, but now I mask and fly though it with my paint sprayer

Why do these promo videos only show a very easy room to mask up, an amateur could do this. Show me how to mash a kitchen up with nooks and crannies and wall cupboards and a window over the sink unit. It’s the same with the actual spraying, they pick a straight forward room, show me how to mask up a room that’s full of furniture...it’s donkey work ! And unless your surfaces are absolutely dust free the tape doesn’t stick...they make it look easy...till you get stuck in and end up nackered.
