Isn't it moreso the *conditioned judgements* and assessments we have about our our actions and thoughts, rather than the thoughts and actions themselves? Like for example, when a five year old in a healthy happy home say, has a meltdown, calls their mom or sibling a name, breaks something or even perhaps does something we consider to be very very "bad", we don't go, "that kid is evil and bad and deserves punishment and is a douchebag and deserves bad things" So those insufferable things that so many believe about karma (and even in regards to our relationships and the law ect)...they don't apply to children because we regard th m differently That invalidates most of the arguments people have for their conditioned judgements of what makes one, "Right and good and deserving of good things" or "Bad and mean and evil and deserving of punishment and social shaming" like many believe out of ignorance No more. Leave it behind right now and never go back. I believe in all of you and you got this.

That way I could try this stuff out. I have found decades ago, before hearing of any of this that the fastest way to lose something is to show gratitude for it. Just to smile and think how happy I am because of someone or something, it will be gone within a week but normally a day or 2.

I have done a hypnotherapist course, we have to be creative, practice visualisation, breathing exercises, integrate them and visualisation will flow by practice. I can go out of my body, I can be by the beach, park, mountain, I can scape of hard events, just practice it, and use in the best way for you. Always living from inside. The mind doesn’t understand what is real or not, so what you want to attract, even when you don’t have it, visualise it. For that you have to be creative, believe you can do it, practice it and set your intention. I hope it helps. Good luck ❤
