Liked BEFORE being asked to do it for B2! Love your sweet fur baby! Pete, you always bring us such great videos! People really don't like returning my wide out lefty serve and that was all you. Thank you so very much for teaching me!!!!!!

Awesome instruction, Pete, doggie and all!! No kidding, I just walked a friend of mine through this, now I forwarded your timely video which is much crisper than my version, ha ha. Was hoping to see you at Harper's Point but snakebitten by injury bug so I had to pass. ☹ Paul

I am a lefty and I love his serve, looks simple, can be with tons of reps. I will not do a full serve again until I can serve strong from the trophy, why add more ways to screw up the serve if you cant do a solid racket drop from trophy.

Pete and B2, great, amazing and fun! Off topic, but looks like you could use a bigger grip size on that nice red racket. On topic, I think we would have to agree there are famous low tosses with no hesitation or pause, and higher tosses that do wait for the ball to drop in to smash-it-now spot with racket still hanging, or raised above and in front of head with elbow back then elbow up during drop as legs extend. Either way the ball-sock teaches the motion...just a matter of where to start serious acceleration. Ball-sock also gives you a good chance to experiment with hip rotation and reactive break...once you get to where it doesn't keep klonking you. The players that are used to waiting for a higher toss don't like the sock-ball, it's not their rhythm. Always such good vids you 2 do. Thanks, I watch real hard.

Is the drop supposed to have the edge outside? Or straight?

Its easy to swing the racquet and the servemaster, once the ball is tossed the old bad habit re appear, its frustrating.

You could practice with the ball toss too..
