Find peace through knowing you’re already perfect :) you’re ok! There are millions here just like you. It's nice you have someone there willing to help you. I was right there going through them getting triggered over having my ex back in my life. I have PTSD from him. It's been months now and I hardly get triggered. I'm starting to separate the past from the now but I still see how this won't work. Hang in there. Keep working through your problems. One day you'll be out the other side and ready to tackle the world again. ❤

Girl, I’ve been there! Trust me, start doing EFT tapping every morning and evening. Do the one for Gas, eat small and healthy filling protein packed meals, start meditating in the mornings even for 5 minutes, make a chart of positive affirmations and read them daily in the morning to set the tone for the day! Start a gratitude journal and BELIEVE YOU ME, you will start feeling better in No TIME! So sorry you have to go through all of this and feeling NAUSEATED SUCKS- I HATE IT! Always remember you won’t be like that forever and EFT WORKS WONDERS along side all of the others x Take care and sending you good vibes 😎

Thank You Lord for brining me to this page! Dr. Julie, God is using you mightily in my life. I am at a point where I am accepting the idea of therapy for myself. Even though I support for others I have needed to accept it for myself. God forgive me for being hypocritical. Sometimes (more often than not) it’s easier to support others than it is ourselves. Tysm!!! I’ve been in therapy for years and there’s this belief that a therapist “fixes you” when they really just teach you how to manage your emotions and cope with the parts of yourself that you don’t like or understand. They’re also just really great to vent to and help you realize when you’re being manipulated. (Great for me bc I have an extra hard time telling bc my inability to read certain social cues due to my autism)

When I get angry I tend to stay VERY quiet & isolate myself until I’m okay bc I don’t want to say anything negative to someone else and regret it bc it’s not them, it’s me. I’m getting better at expressing things than I used to. But the bad thing is I’m stuck in my head or constantly writing/rapping it out until I reach the surface again. Quite the rollercoaster.

I used to always block away my emotions without realizing that it only makes them stronger and felt that I can never win. This video has made it so clear and I’m thankful for it! ^^

I feel so much interest in what she says as I am facing many new feelings in life like severe anxiety, anxiety attacks, certain sense of fear , sometimes I feel like I'm perfectionist and the end of it everything feels like a feeling only... Everything which is temporary yet gets worse day by day

This is really true. After a certain age that you look back over life, you realize that emotions and turbulence in your life were no more than passing clouds, and you see younger people getting caught up in what is nothing more that a fleeting moment in eternity. Everyone gets this perspective over time.

Thank you so much. I love it how you use visual examples to explain these concepts alongside clear verbal explanation. I find these videos extremely effective in helping me remember them better and am sure I am not the only one.
