This is the best explanation of "staying with the horse" I've heard. Explaining the theory in terms of "opposing forces" is a lot more clear than asking the rider to simply drive or "stay still" with her seat!

Is this belt to promote neutral spine/pelvis, support glut med and min, TfL and sij? Does it help with hypotonic iliopsoas? Does it help stop lordosis? I teach Pilates and am remedial massage therapist, NLP practitioner, and am about to change my business to focus on equestrians.
