Tea is also solid! Maxing out at +3 means you gotta get a couple extra levels first. But still good if you don't have a wily cat for Spice Hunting

For another boost if you don’t want to get spicy stews you can use a max Poh in w330 to make a trimmed tea that gives a +3 boost. It’s super easy to make and can be done in 2-5mins

Add a cape hanger in the achievement gallery and mount a Crafting cape there. The most convenient tp in your house

Level up to 86 and use the crystal saw and POH Tea. That will boost you up to 92 allowing you to make a max house. Skip the spicy stew.

At any Real-estate Agent (the same NPC you buy your house from) you can right click and choose "Redecorate" and you can change the general looks of your walls. I have mine on "Fancy Stone" which requires 50 construction and costs 25k GP
