Currently 87 wanting to go 99... have been doing mahogany homes but getting bored of it. Not sure whether to pick cape mounts or one of the teak or oak options. I'd definitely like to spend less but I don't need to be super skimpy either.

I talked to ash once (on twitter) regarding amy's saw and he said when it was introduced they didn't think about dual wielding saw + imcando hammer.. but it was POTENTIALLY on their table. This would be such a massive upgrade for construction it's unbelievable. Some type of combined dual wield item would be so good.

Mahogny Homes runelite plugin makes it so much less work, it highlights which teleport u need to use, the supplies you exactly need, and highlights all items you need to use. For peak efficeny i'd move my house to Hosidius and just exit the portal to get to contracts there. exact same setup as mentioned in the video + POH tablets (with the Hosdius house) and the plugin speeds up your contracts

I don't think so. I'm getting 99 tonight I've done mainly oaks, then teal benches 90+ and now at 98 I'm doing mahogany benches but I think mahogany tables is faster since its more than 6 planks for a table.

Depends on what tier contract you use. It's 13m xp for 99 Construction (from level 1) so using the chart at 2:54 that could be anywhere from 30m-82m

Pretty much, but you don't have to speed run building stuff in your home, doing it half the speed still gives you like 200k/ hour(oak loarders). If you want to do it in a chill way just do 1-2 hours of building oak stuff in your house per week, gets you like 400-600k exp/week. I like to switch between mahogany homes and builder simulator. It's still relatively expensive though

I think I eventually bought Amy's saw for the collection log slot, BUT if you really want to save that invy spot without spending those points you can always get the Imcando Hammer from the area opened after Beneath Ice Mountain for a wieldable hammer. Which I also like for Tempoross since it can't be lost to a tidal wave for those without a d harpoon to equip.

Welcome back! I'm not sure what you're asking though tbh. If you don't have a house at the moment, you should go to any Estate Agent and buy one. There is an Agent in each of the following cities: Varrock Ardougne Falador Hosidius

@@M.r6365 I think you're looking for "Building Mode". You can only build stuff in the house if you're in building mode. If you leave your house (through the portal), then right click on the outside portal, and enter the house in building mode.
