Why fert after sowing? If you fert after lime and before cultivating and then again after cultivating or immediately after sowing you can avoid any possible crop destruction.

Nice video. Also, the checkbook for large stones isn’t plow size or land area, it’s plow type. Using a spader or subsoiler, which dig deeper than plows or cultivators, will more likely push up big stones
@kaarelk2743 жыл бұрын
Nah, still wrong, there's more to it. Has to be. I'm getting only large stones with the biggest plow. But someone made a video stating that plow gives only small stones, that was also wrong. That's why i started growing beets because i can just roll it after plowing, but in reality i still have to use stones picker because there arent any small stones on the field.

Is noone gonna comment on the flaw in this test? Before you think I'm just talking shit I do appreciate you taking the time to do these test and you do great vids...... BUT this video has a huge flaw. You changed 2 variables in the test. you added bees and did the second roller pass. So the question is what actually gave you a better yield the bees or the second roller pass?

What happens when u turn off lime, periodic plowing, stones, and weeds. Do you still get the maximum yield?
@Sirisma3 жыл бұрын
stones don't affect yield just maintenance but aside from that I imagine it just gets rid of the penalty for not dealing with them
@kennymoura44143 жыл бұрын
You have to look at each item. It will remove whatever the "effect" is on the crop. So not plowing will give you 10% reduced yield so turning off eliminates that reduction. However if you turn off fertilizer that gives you a 30% increase then you will be playing without that increase so can't get max yield. If u want max yield you can only turn off the things that give u a reduction not the things that give you a bonus. (Made those numbers up but we get the point)

How does having a cover crop factor in the work order for a field? And does mulching after a harvest still apply the yield buff towards the next cash crop planted or does cover crop negate that? I haven't seen any real thorough answers toward using cover crops in fs22 other than "it gives 1 fertilizer state". Wondering if you could do some experiments on it.
