Cover 8 years old. The interior barrier has failed, and now see a dirt ring in the hot tub. The cover has a unique shape, a four-sided structure with concavity on one side, the entrance. Can I repair or replace the water-tight barrier ?

No and after 5 years of use you would not want to... and you have 8 years from what you said. If I remember right I give several reasons why you should replace the cover every so many years . Thanks for Watching & SUBSCRIBING
