I question whether or not you should subtract 2" from the deep end to allow for liner stretch. Would the liner manufacturer consider stretch from the actual reading? If not, why not allow for 3/4" stretch in the shallow end?

So I watch this and see a sag in the measurement and also the width isn't exactly on the 20'. How exact of a science is this? I understand liners stretch but how much off are you? I figure if I measure like these guys did i'd not even be close to exact?
