This is a standard-sized cuff that adjusts with Velcro. I leave my loose enough that I can slide off the cuff without readjusting the Velcro every time.

Very dissatisfied with thus product. Bought two of them. Both are highly,and always inaccurate. No way to calibrate! Only use is a paper weight!
