I order a bifold door 30x80 and they send a 30x 78.5 so how do I supposed to install this door __

Why wouldn't they show you all the screws that come in the package and exactly where to install each screw? As it is, the instructions are confusing. Can the people at Jeld Wen really be this clueless?
