Hi Alicia…This video is so helpful. I did my measurements right along with you. My circumference is 22, ear to ear 12-3/4 and front to nape 12-1/4. I would say that’s an average size cap. Very helpful thanks so much my hair is long so I would have to put it in a ponytail do I measure over it when finding forehead to nape or measure with my hair down? 💖

I'm thinking it would be best to measure over it. Maybe put in two braids and secure them to your head, then measure. Hope this helps.
