this is the second time i've done this meditation and this time i actually started crying half way through because i was overwhelmed by how hard i was being on myself! thank you so much for this, this is a beautiful meditation!

The first two thoughts I had after this meditation were: 1. "I'm in love (with me)" 2. "Holy shit, that was beautiful!!" Thank you!

Loved it, even though I was disturbed while doing the meditation, I still felt a difference in mind and body

Thanks for your videos, they work great for me with by opening another u-tube window of some background ambient Zen music and/or images, plus your voice, teachings and images. What's the last word you often say at the end of your meditations? Thanks!

i have always had it hard in Meditation to the point in the 10 years of trying it, reading about it watching few videos. i never really got the real feeling of it working. ether i get the feeling of slamming into a wall then waking up, or i try to quite the storm in me head and when i do im mentally tired. or i just see a huge bluish door in front of me. at times i see/ het ect into iinviable wall or something.

Is it normal to feel a little dizzy and sleepy during meditation practice? (It's like a falling sensation) Thanks for share! ॐ

Yes, very normal. Used to happen to me a lot. Make sure to reground your energy after meditating. Pausing with hands over eyes and thinking of dragging your energy down your body (taking hands down to heart, belly, thighs, and the rubbing legs and feet) can help!
