I wake up with at least some shoulder and neck tension, and after this it was all gone! 😃 I’m amazed and so thankful for doing this for us 🙏🏻💕

So grateful for this Brett. This is the first time in about two years that I've been able to let go of my stress, even for a couple of minutes. I actually became aware of how tense every part of me was during this meditation, and was able to consciously relax problem areas. I'm on my way now to view more of your videos!

I really pray 1 day she starts doing a YOGA NIDRA video. I absolutelyice her voice it's so stunning an relaxing. An I have trouble sleeping. Can seem to ever find a voice so relaxing. Great job. Ty

This was one of my first meditations. I'm struggling so much with stress in my laugh and it causing me physical pain. I feel so amazing and just calm. Thank you so much.

Such a wonderful meditation! So relaxing and revitalizing. I love the three part breath, and Brett's voice is so soothing. I can feel the tension of the day just lift away.

loved this! super relaxing, did it lying on my side as suffering sciatic pain. any tips for dealing with sciatica during pregnancy? I tried your sciatic pain yoga but found difficult as there is a lot of lying on the belly which is not really ideal for me right now. much love and gratitude!

+BrettLarkinYoga Thank you! I found your channel 2 days ago and fell in love with it. Heard one of your podcasts, done approx. 5 meditations, one with the boyfriend as well (and he doesn't really meditate, but he said it was "pretty nice" - a huge compliment from him on this subject haha). Love all of it! Enjoyed this meditation right now as I got home from work about an hour and a half ago and need to go to bed soon... I understood I won't have time to do a lot of things, but meditation with you - not giving up on this one. Namaste :)
