My older step brother is also 68 yo and lives in chiang mai.. He says that dating apps are not at all helpful at all at this age.Plus he is just average to below average in looks dept..He used thai friendly when he first landed in C.M.Just a bunch of freelancers on thai friendly that all want money to have a 6 hour or less date.. My brother says Face to face is the way to go in meeting a respectable thai woman that does respectable work instead of freelancing... Thats how He found his 42 yo girl friend.. She was shopping at the food market., next to his condo...And he saw her every day and struck up a conversation.. Now they are celebrating 8 months together..He sent me pics of her. She looks only 30 yo.. She looks stunning.. Good on him..

I think it was good seeing the other side of the coin. A lot of foreigners are calling out their money to lure thai women. Yet a lot of men complain that thai women are only dating men for the money.

All these dating apps are a scam, I have a friend of mine, who used to use these dating apps, never got one single match ever. Plus, my friend isn't your average guy, he's good looking, quite humorous, good sense of humour & a lot of fun to hang out with. It seems, like all these darting apps, are geared towards catering to women rather than both sides. Women seem to get more matches than guys on all these dating apps. It's ridiculous & a waste of time.

😂😂I’m an average guy well to most women in America I am but on the dating apps I do get matches the point is this just because you get matches don’t mean the females will actually talk to you.I mean dam it’s just like on social media on the dating apps most of us guys can’t even get any female to message us back.And even wen a few females did message me back we would message each other for like a few hours-one day after that the females will stop replying back or the others will just continue to look at my message and not reply back.This is why I’m meeting a Thai girl in person my first encounter with a Thai girl will be in person forget social media and forget these dating apps.These dating apps make money off of guys because they only charge us they don’t charge the women nothing.And some of the dating apps that do charge women they don’t charge them nearly as much as they do men.So you mean to tell me tons of men are supposed to pay monthly subscriptions for what and the benefit that we may get is not even a guarantee 🤔yea fuck that.Thats why over 1,000 employees from bumble got let go 2 months ago because they said it wasn’t enough men using bumble anymore.I have even been seeing women complaining about how it’s not hardly any men on these dating apps anymore shall not😅😊.Most definitely Thai friendly that dating app is the worst yes it has a lot more attractable Thai women on there but got dam u won’t be able to get no girl to consistently conversate with for not even one day.Some of them may give you there instagram because they will say they receive too many messages on Thai friendly.And after wen u get there instagram yall will literally exchange a few words between one another talking about very basic stuff and after that nothing.So unless u have your first encounter with these females in person fellas it’s a waist of time to get them to see u as someone different online.They get too much attention online and too many guys hitting them up they will mislead you and treat u like the rest no 😊.

Interesting @4:27 that nothing is on offer. As a guy, when I was in Thailand, I had the other way around. I was genuinely looking for a girlfriend, and frequently the contacts to me were offering things.... so from this I conclude 'Thai Friendly' does appear to have a large element of 'that' going on. I just gave up in the end, because I would say most of the contacts I received were offering 'that'. I still live in hope.

My question would be, what's the best way to meet other young that professionals? Whatever crazy things guys are saying on the apps, there are Thai women saying things that are just as crazy. "No date! Just f8%k!" "Work!!" "Now can meet ST." TF was mostly freelancers and scammers. And I met one hell of a scammer. I just wanted somebody to show me around. It didn't work out. I didn't think to try Bumble, but I might if I ever go back.
