Is it safe to put paper stickers on a CD for long term storage? I'm concerned that over time the label glue will dry out and that could cause damage to the player if the paper were to come loose while inside. Thoughts?

You should probably try full face labels.

That's how the Memorex labels come (i.e. full face) but with the option to peel off the inner 'doughnut.' I prefer lesser labels on DVDs because the more label, the more likely it will come peeling off inside my laptop. That's happened one time, and from then on I decided to peel off the inner doughnut so it's not full-face. Hope that helps! -Beau
