That was stupidly helpful thank you! It’s taken me ten minutes of application and now I know all my tempos 😂 I’m willing to bet there is a similar method to remember middle C.

Good advice, never thought about It even thoug it's actually pretty obvious; infact it's basically the same way we can start to remember intervalls. Wonder if there Is any souch thing as a perfect pitch relative skill for the tempos...

If one can't learn Perfect pitch then someone else can't learn BPM markings off by heart by that same logic.

false. I don't even have relative pitch and even struggle with intervals but can play any bpm number from 50 to 200.

@@sparshkumar6173 you missed my point. they are all learnable.
@moomooha2343 жыл бұрын
@@onesyphorus sorry for responding 6 months later, but you can't actually learn absolute pitch or perfect pitch. Absolute pitch is knowing each pitch as distinctively different as it's own tone. You can learn quasi-absolute pitch or pseudo-absolute pitch where you can learn all the pitches, but this is very different from learning perfect pitch. Learning bpm is like learning how fast a clock ticks which is 60 bpm, which pretty much anyone can do at any age. Not saying learning all bpm tempos is easy, but knowing all the different bpm tempos is a ton more simple than knowing all the pitches immediately.
