This method only works for videos saved on your computer. It does not work for videos imported from KZbin. This is because the video will cover the text, and the text will be hidden in the background or behind the video.

Hello, Dear this is very true if you import videos from online sources, but if you import videos from 'stock videos', it works perfectly fine.

We are using 2019 version (Home and Student version)

@@MustWatch_Tips we also using student version but always merge option is hidden on toolbar when we follow same process merge option is automatically hidden I can't find any solution

So in that case, you can first make your text box as an object (first merge your textbox with a rectangle) and then merge it with video. Still if it doesn't work, let me know. We will do something to solve this.

This does not work ...when i put the text in a rectangle and follow the process you describe. On clicking intersect I am getting the text box rectangle and not the text only

@MustWatch_Tips it does not work as u say with text box. I am using office 2013. But in office 2013 it works with Word art ....the same effect can be produced but in word art....
