Such a simple, but complex move.

not JORDAN related but reading through Mamba Mentality a while back. Kobe talked about studying the positions of the Referees, this was because they are positioned at specific areas of the court, because of this they would have blind spots, in which he identified and took advantage of by using those blind spots to do illegal moves, travels, double dribbles etc.

Paul talks about developing raw quickness in early ages and that you might not be able to increase quickness very mich after a certain age. If I was very active playing tag and always playing soccer from age 3 to age 9 and then did almost nothing from ages 9 to 14, would I then lose all of that developed quickness?

One thing i never quite understood is the lean back that's in the thumbnail. I'm sure he does it for a purpose but never seen anyone explain it. Hakeem would do that hop scissor step also. He breaks it down quite nicely in those kobe training vids.

Hey Paul I’ve been having a lot discomfort in front of my shoulder when I’m benching or doing most push exercises, which I think is my rotator cuff. I tried pulling my shoulder blades back and down but this doesn’t really take the pain away when I’m lifting a pretty heavy load. Do you think this is just rotator cuff weakness or do you have any suggestions for fixing this?

Move grip slightly closer and keep elbows close to body. This should take load off front delts and put more load on triceps.

Is it worth it to practice post moves if u short?
@gavinbarkley1625

Yes, look at CP3 or Fred Van Fleet they use their shortness to get leverage under taller guards and if you're shorter you're usually more thicc and can move guys
