Thjis was fantastic teaching. Much better than any other PS videos. One thing though, is I have a visible line down the middle of the complete image, is there a simple way of removing that?

Try zooming in to 100% (View > 100%) to see if the line goes away. It's usually just an artifact caused by not viewing the result at 100%.

Can you do any editing to the WHOLE picture after creating a mirror image? If so, how do I save it as One picture?

You can merge the effect onto a new layer. In the Layers panel, select the top layer. Then on your keyboard, press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E on a Windows PC or Shift+Command+Option+E on a Mac.

Are you viewing the document at a zoom level lower than 100%? If so, the line is just an artifact caused by the zoom level. It's not really there and will disappear when you zoom in to 100%.

It may seem time consuming as you are learning the steps. But once you know how to do it, it takes less than a minute.

Nope. All that will do is flip the image horizontally or vertically. It won't mirror the image.
