I do all the steps, but my fire stick ends up "exiting mirroring" instead of showing what's on my phone display. What's interesting is that the sound comes through to the TV just not the picture???? before the fire stick "exited mirroring". I don't understand.

Maybe you have q vpn? You have to surn that off, also make sure your battery saver mode is off
