How to Mishima// Working on the new pottery collection

We talk about the pottery technique Mishima, and how I go about using the Mishima technique (a more modern version) in my new pottery collection. Mishima is a technique of inlaying underglaze (in this case) into the main clay body of the pottery piece. It was first used in Japanese and Korean pottery.

Great video. When I was little in Greece I used to pick up ancient pot sherds and it was a treat if something had paint. Made me so happy to see your interpretation.
