Dude, i highly appreciate everything you do, it´s such a joy watching you doing all your magic, but the 1176 has the slowest attack to the LEFT (setting "1") and the fastest attack to the right (setting "7"). Same for the Release, fastest is hard right, slowest is hard left. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but when you pulled up the BF76 plugin and said you set the slowest attack/fastest release you had them both on 7. my understanding is that on an 1176 the 1 is slowest and 7 is fastest for attack & release times meaning your settings were fastest attack, fastest release. Unless the Bf plugin is modelled after a different 1176 than the waves ones I use. I just wanna make sure we're all being accurately disrespectful in our processing choices.

Hi Reid, awesome video. Learning a lot from you. Question: I’m a opera tenor and using 2 tracks in Luna + UAD plug ins that came with it. First of all, would you treat a classical tenor voice in the same way as you did in this video? If not how would you do it? Second, I don’t believe in Luna I have this side chain option to get the vocal be able to sit in the 2 track. I’m struggling such a long time and it seems if I ask the professionals out there no one really is able to help me to finally feel happy with the outcome of my vocal and 2 track. Most advice is set up a delay and reverb and compress it and don’t do anything more. However, it sounds like the vocal dominate on top of the 2 track and when pull it back it is buried and dull sounding. I really admire your work and would be grateful if you would be able to help me. If it need a private session with you to set me up I would be very grateful - Im running desperate here and it’s not the gear that is lacking I guess using Luna and UAD plug ins. It must be possible to get a chain that sound good enough to present my recordings to people and upload it to SoundCloud. Love to hear from you - kind regards josh

I am confused when to or not by the way if you have specific video that shows that please let me know. Also, I don’t mind supporting your channel . I will check your page for any pattern info. Thank you kindly in advance. I think you’re dope.
