How to mix fiberglass resin for boat transom

Painted over it with exterior paint.

Definitely is an exact measurement thing cuz I probably did like 4-5 drops in a huge amount of resin thinking it was enough and it wasn’t. Been 20hours still wet and tacky. What to do?

It is more like an art. First, try a small batch first. It is like cooking eggs. More heat, faster cook, but less control. Low heat, takes longer, but more control.
