How To Mix Flesh Tones For Translucent Silicone

Thank you. Skin cancer survivor. I use silicone to make my own prosthetic. No matter what color it always has that glossy to smooth appearance. So I think for me adding flocking powder would make it more realistic. Am I correct ?? Anything that breaks up the too smooth translucent look would make it appear more realistic. This has bothered me for years. Even after I use scar camouflage makeup on top plus a bronzer that silicone still shines thru
