Thank you for doing the rustic home with some modern. We have a log home that was a big challenge to modernize out of “cabin kitsch”, which is how it was when we bought it. Homes in the area are sold completely furnished, right down to the accessories and kitchenware, including forest green with pics of bears and deer throw pillows.

Love this video! This might be a strange combo but I would say my style is 80% Minimal BOHO and 20% Deco. We are currently undergoing a reno and I'm the designer! When my friends see before and after photos and ask me for advice, I assume they have the same style as me....they don't! I makes me a bit sad when we reach this conclusion. They still appreciate my vision, the functionality of a space, and all the sourcing I do that works with their style. Anyway, you're a huge inspiration to me. Thank you!!

LOVE this video on mixing styles! I'd call my style dark boho Regency. Meaning I have about 20% touches of cultural influences sprinkled throughout and 80% Hollywood Regency style. My colors are B&W, gold, copper, rust, and peacock. I especially love seeing sophisticated blending of the boho style because it gets a bad rap sometimes.

My apartment is more like Scandinavian glam boho. But I wish I had a few antique looking pieces for a nod to history. I live in a small studio apartment and is there a way to add a few “antiques” that perhaps are not furniture? But, something else?
