You made that look too easy. Every time I’m making food for my geckos it’s like a science project. Too runny. Too thick. Need more. Need less. 😂 I also didn’t know prepared food can last up to 7 days in the fridge. That’s great news.

We do recommend incorporating live insects into their diet. We recommend feeding insects about 2-3 times per week, and recommend crickets or dubia roaches.

You don't need to but it wouldn't hurt if you gave them insects like once a week

Love pangea food. One thing I always get confused with though is how much powder I should be putting in. How do you measure the powder? X

It really depends on how much your geckos eat. Once you've got an idea of the amount they need, you can use tools such as standard measuring cups and spoons to measure out your portions. If you're not quite sure where to start with the portions, the section at 2:55 should help!

How often to rotate the flavors?

That will depend on your gecko's tastes and habits! There technically isn't any need to rotate the complete diet flavors since all complete diets contain all the nutrients a gecko needs. However, many people will rotate flavors to give their geckos variety and enrichment. People will commonly get 2-3 flavors and rotate through all of them on a weekly basis.
