David just discovered you. Love your content, like I commented on your Don’t Stop Now tutorial, I want to create minimal tech house but not a lot of content on YT right now that with FL studio. Followed you on Spotify as well, please keep uploading

Also, I haven't found alot of videos on using strings or drone sounds for atmosphere in tech house. Could you explain more in a video about using atmosphere sounds and their purposes?

Sure will do!

Great video brother. Question, it looks like all of your volume levels are the same on your mixer. Do you balance volume on the channel rack or have you not mixed this one yet? Oh and release the track. That bassline is addictive.

Cheers brother! I do it in the channel rack and a lot of times the side chain volume below to instrument bus or whatever instrument I am mixing…

Hi David, thanks for another great video and I think you should release this song, it's Dope!! Just wanted to ask about Saturation on the bass. I use camelcrusher and Decapitator or Fabfilter Saturn for saturation. is using 2 saturator plugins too much or should I just use one and get it to where I want it to sound? Thanks man.

Thanks a lot! There is no right or wrong answer. I try to stick with one saturation plugin and if the saturation doesn’t suit me then I exchange it with another plugin where I like the other saturation more. BUT in some rare circumstances I use 2 saturation plugins in the same time if it suits the track better. It’s really up on you and if it suits the vibe of the track.
