so I guess you can only use the 4 face buttons or d pad , how would you map L3 to a back button also when you use that board does your regular circle button still work? so in your example you have 2 circle buttons now?

This is insane I literally did this same exact thing to my ps5 controller with the same buttons from eXtreme rate buttons like a month ago but just recently just upgraded to a new flex board that allows me to remap the two buttons to any buttons on the ps5 controller while playing. Do you think it would be possible to fit 4 remap buttons with the same method? I want to put the extremerate buttons on my ps5 controller so it fits like it does on ps4 controllers with the 4 buttons. I’m concerned about fitting 4 buttons in as well as the buttons not being contoured right for all 4 to fit like it did on ps4. Great video, thanks for the help.

So I modded my PS4 controller back when Bo3 came out. I did like, 5 controllers but my favorite was the one where I put the button almost on the bottom inside of the right side. Pretty much where your pinky touches. And I mounted a paddle straight down from under the ridge of the thumbstick. I love this positioning. It basically amounts to a small squeeze from your right hand to jump. I bought all these parts in somewhat bulk so I have everything I need for this other than the remap board. Is there space for a tact button in that area on the ps5 controller? On the ps4 this was below the rumble packs so it didnt hit anything but the ps5 internals look really... cramped. Also I love my extended, domed thumbsticks. I tried the magnetic ones shown in the video and I DONT like how they feel. Any ideas on where I can get permanent ones? Great video and I appreciate running this by you!

Yo dude so I ordered a set of the extremerate thumbsticks from amazon but for some reason I just cannot get them to sit low enough on the thumnstick modules and they rub against the front case. You can see they are not the same shape as the original dualsense sticks. Have you ever experienced this?

Hey man I followed your tutorial and everything. However, my controller doesn't turn on? When I plug the USB C cable the orange colour shows around the touch pad for 1 second and that's it. But when I press the PS button to turn on the controller it doesn't do anything. Any help??

Great video! Quick question. I recently put some battle beaver thumbsticks on my dual sense but I can feel them rubbing off the front shell of the controller. Is this a common issue or am I doing something wrong?

They might be slightly oversized for the case... I would take fine sandpaper and lightly sand the inside around where they meet the case to remove a little material.
