Very good. I was testing this today, and it can be done with just 2 lofts and 2 circular patterns if you build it up right. I have a "nasty" habit of making something then reducing it as much as possible, heh..

For me the side of the original rectangle had to be exactly the golden ratio or the Boolean wouldn’t work. Other than that, great video!

I found a way to model an icosahedron without calculating the Golden Ratio. And you can control the side length with one sketch dimension. It involves two circles, a square, two right triangles and an isoceles triangle.
