Excuse me, for me ask , why have I done the same as you but my device still cannot receive SNMP and cannot search the port?

Check whether snmp is correctly enabled on the device. Just to be sure, use two different devices.

​@@silesiocarvalho Example: - I want to create the account on this, and I have 1 ddns, how to create the account and add my ddns to OpManger'dns? - I have 2 server (1 in my site, and 1 in my partner' site), how can I monitor to partner site from my site? What are the steps? Please Can introduce me and post video?
