Thanks for this video, really great learning. However, I have been in two situations where part of the interview process for the Scrum Master Role was to pass assessments in Traditional Project Management, IT Business Analysis and other organizational leadership assessment. It feels like to get a job as a scrum master, it's not enough to just know what it takes to be a scrum master but als be equally proficient in these other roles. Please is this a common practice?

If am asked to introduce myself at an interview, is it advisable to say my name first before continuing?
@BeingAgile_Consulting3 жыл бұрын
It really dies matter. Since it does not take to much time just to say your name. The point is, stick around the things that are relevant to the role.
