I believe the bottom two bolts have a rubber/plastic sleeve on them. I think those were meant to be on top in order to protect the trailer from damage due to the downward pressure of the spare on the top screws.

All four bolts were the same. In my kit there were no plastic sleeves but that might be something they could easily add to the kit!

They are zinc coated. Synthetic (Amsoil) grease works well.

Great video thanks. Question: I just mounted mine just like you did and there’s only about a 4 inch clearance between the tire and the ground. Would that be a concern?

Is it mounted with the angle going UP? That seems a bit low once it attached to your vehicle. How tall is your vehicle receiver? How tall are the trailer tires? How far off the ground is the tongue when its level?

Any contact issues when going up and down curbs? I see there is enough bolt holes that the bracket could go up a bit if needed.

I've not had any contact issues - and as you pointed out, its adjustable.

Where do you have room to install the jack stand? When I park my trailer loaded, I cannot lift the tongue. Can you make a video that shows how this works if you also have a jack stand installed?

You should be able to put the jack stand on the opposite side of the tongue from the spare tire.

I had to do two things for my Teske 5 x 8 utility trailer. First I had to move the folding jack stand as far forward as possible. Then, I had to get shorter mounting bolts for the tire carrier, even though I mounted the tire side on the opposite side from the jack stand, as the original long bolts interfered with the folding of the jack stand. Once I did that - no problems.
