Is it possible to move the flex pass to a new car? Can the holder with sticky strips be moved from one windshield to another?

The flex pass can be move from vehicle to vehicle, but the holder cannot. Unless you want to reapply with new 3M double side tape on to the pass holder.

May better than the manual they have with unclear explanations m, especially on which side facing outside. On top of the RFID explanation. I have mine a little off center due to having a dash cam there

Yes, flex pass is the way to go.

Do you know if they sell the clear mounts anywhere? Lost mine when I was cleaning it months ago, havnt been able to find something to mount my pass to the windshield

I don't know if they have any replacement or not. You can try to call the office for a mounting replacement. If not available, you can try double side tape and apply straight to transponder and attached to the windshield. But with this solution, you won't able to remove and move to onther vehicles.

I don't know if the camera can see or detect how many people are in the car while HOV mode is on. I haven't tried this yet. You'll get toll charged while a single rider on HOV mode during peak hour. HOV mode is free for single rider during off peak hour only.

You can use Scotty Peeler Label remover tool to remove it and/or using hair dryer to heat up the label and remove it

Nothing about the measurements mentioned in the official instructions. Minimum 2" down from the window edge and maximum 6" down.

Yes, you're right, but mount the pass within 6" below the rear view mirror is ok.

You can try other locations, but upper middle of the windshield is the closest place for the scanner to be able to read.
