*Took the cable holders off my board to replace the thick riser on my Flow with thinner risers.* ⚡️🤟🏽🤟🏽⚡️ I got some cable holdin bits from someone's old Evolve board to hold down the cables in the back of my board, works well. Similar stuff on amazon/aliexpress Nice video dude 🤙🏽

@@ronanhutchinson I've always preferred havin a board as low as possible, definately changed the ride feel, more fun and less divey due to havin less leverage over trucks. Stock one is 10-12mm plastic, I replaced it with 3mm cork. I dont ride super loose trucks so no wheelbite. My other mini I use thick+thin so comes up to 8mm, due to clearance issues. Worth experimentin to see what feels right for you. Thinner risers or wedge riser in back to de-wedge.

@eBoard3R great stuff! Yeah I’ve made tweaks to most of my boards. I actually recently got an old Boosted V2. I swapped the deck for a brand new one cause I accidentally got it run over by a car just after I got it 🥹🥹 and I’ve put new wheels and bearings on it too. It’s setup pretty much how it would have been from Boosted and I love it. Haven’t tried the new deck and wheels yet though cause the weather’s been too wet 😒😒

@@ronanhutchinson I saw that, I thought you got lucky cos you were ridin it after and it was seemingly fine. Well, at least the electronics were fine, Boosted boards still warm me cockles, the one that made esk8 more accessable, look forward to seein more of it on the channel, keep on top of RLOD with an Amnesia chip and you're good. Not sure who does Amnesia in UK/Europe but maybe the facebook boosted uk group would know

@eBoard3R it actually was fine. But I had a truck snap on my Envy… I’m gonna be doing a video about that. And a bunch of other issues I’ve had. So between that and the car, I was a little worried there might’ve been damage on the Boosted that I couldn’t see. After swapping the deck, I’m pretty sure it’s fine. So I’ll keep it as a spare. Yeah, thankfully I’ve had no RLOD issues with it. And 🤞🏻I won’t. But I’m thinking I might try get a battery with an amnesia chip. Just to be safe.
