Hello, which kind of adapters are used with this Converter. Is Smartclip produces its own adapters compatible with the converter?

You can use either adapter from Rusan: www.optics-trade.eu/en/mounts/nv-clip-on-mounts/rusan-q-r-adapter-for-pulsar-dfa75.html or from Smartclip: www.optics-trade.eu/en/smartclip-adapter-p.html Both are compatible with this Smartclip PCM converter.
